Buy Fast Track Help Desk
Fast Track Help Desk includes all reactive help desk components including all
advanced features. Fast Track PPM includes many of the basic features found in
Fast Track Help Desk, such as Call-logging and Work-monitoring, but none of the
advanced ones. Fast Track Help Desk and Fast Track PPM can be purchased together
at a reduced price.
Fast Track Help Desk OR
Fast Track PPM can be purchased from £595 per single user.
Fast Track Help Desk
AND Fast Track PPM can be purchased from £845 per single user.
Annual support is 20% of software price.

accepts purchase orders from registered companies, government agencies,
non-profit corporations, charities, etc. Purchases must be made in GB£ (Great
Britain Pounds), and collection is typical expected 30 days after iiS receives a
purchase order.
- The information required for a purchase order
is:
- Company or agency name.
- Full Address.
- Purchase Order Date and Number (you can temporarily use your name and the date
if you need to requisition a PO).
- Contact name, phone and email.
- Company or agency registration number.
- The number of seats (concurrent users) required
and whether you want Fast Track Help Desk or Fast Track PPM
or both.

iiS Invoicing Policy

Adding additional users
Additional users can be added to a Fast Track Help Desk system simply by
purchasing additional users. We will send you an updated licence key-code, and
your system will be expanded by the number of additional users purchased.
